Description

Senior Designers create concepts, execute designs, and maintain design concepts through all phases of a project. Key responsibilities include creating design comparisons and presenting them to clients, providing direction to designers and the production team, and performing competitive research and analysis. The Senior Designer will also assist the ID team in determining the overall structure, flow and overall user experience. Experience/Skill Requirements

- Must have strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as mastery of the creative disciplines.
- Candidates must have 3+ years visual design experience - specifically in the areas of UI, web site (intra, extra, public) and custom applications and multimedia design.
- 3+ years Information Architecture or Usability experience with a Web and/or Interface focus and a strong understanding of Internet and Multimedia technologies(front and back-end) is a must.
- Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash and similar applications required.
- A strong understanding of designing site functionality, interaction, site architecture and data flow, user interfaces, and intuitive navigation schemes is also required.
- Hands-on Web development experience building sites in a professional or academic setting.

Education/Training Requirements

- Information Design, or related work experience required.
